The d63com platform is strictly for individuals aged 21 years and above, as required by PAGCOR regulations. d63com does not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 21.
If d63com becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21, that account will be suspended immediately, the data will be deleted, and any associated balance will be forfeited in accordance with d63com's Terms and Conditions. Some of d63com's service providers — including game providers (JILI, PG Soft, Pragmatic Play) and IT infrastructure partners — may be located outside the Philippines.
